Sculpins were formed in 02/2012 when Jarrod Monday(drummer for such bands as Too Far Gone,39 DEAD &Tijuana Marauders)discussed forming a band with his nephew Branden Parish former bass player for The Atoms. Still needing a bass player Branden suggested his friend Cody who was eager to jump on board,still needing a singer Jarrod mentioned his other nephew Adam Gomez former singer for Rag Doll City.
